Mission Statement

To promote and develop a friendly and fraternal spirit among all members of Hispanic descent in the Police Department of the City of New York, and to create a more harmonious relationship between the department and those whom we serve, the people of the City of New York. To promote full discussion and exchange of all ideas regarding the planning and conduct of such aims. To disseminate the significant results of all these efforts and activities. To improve the methods used in these efforts and activities.
